After your order is complete, it takes us 1-5 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. if there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. The tunnels appear to be really well made
Okay. My cat HATED this tunnel - wouldn't go near it. Then suddenly, about a month after having it, he LOVED it. He'd run into it and slide across the room. He would hide in it and sneak out to attack his toys. He loved it so so much that after about two months of really playing in it, he literally ripped it in half and pulled out part of the metal wiring. Though this tunnel could not withstand his love (and weight rapidly flying through it and sliding across the floor), we purchased a second tunnel of the same kind! It has definitely been worth the money and is our cat's favorite toy!
This is the best ten bucks I ever spent on my cat. She freaking loved this thing from the moment I threw it on the floor. She tore the little ball off almost immediately, so you might just want to cut that off, but the tunnel itself has some crinkly material in it and she loves to run through it or hide in it (then jump out and startle me). *I* love that I can just pack it up and put it in a closet if we have company over. My only complaint is that it's a T shape, but doesn't have anything stiff running through the top bar of the T, so it can get pushed into a Y that's smushed up in the middle kinda easily.
The product is all right, but make sure you note the size. It is VERY short on all three sides.
